1) ONLINE PURCHASES
Purchases made on tessituragiaquinto.com are governed, except where expressly provided for in the following conditions of purchase, by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999 regarding consumer protection in relation to distance contracts, as well as Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 regarding e-commerce.
Items on the site may be purchased by anyone aged 18 or over, while stocks last. You can choose the delivery location that is most convenient for you: your home, office, or another person's address.
2) PRICES
The prices displayed on tessituragiaquinto.com include VAT.
The agreed prices refer to these general conditions of sale. Giaquinto Katiuscia reserves the right to modify the sales price list without notice.
3) PRODUCT TECHNICAL DATA
Product specifications are listed in the online catalog and are visible when placing an order. tessituragiaquinto.com displays its products as truthfully and accurately as possible.
4) SHIPPING
Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Delivery will take place within 15 business days.
The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
If delivery is unsuccessful (eg, if the customer is absent at the time of delivery), the courier will inform the customer of how to arrange a second delivery. Giaquinto Katiuscia is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier.
Upon receipt of the package, please check:
- that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is the actual number delivered;
- that the package is intact and undamaged; any complaints must be reported to the courier by indicating "Received subject to inspection" on the waybill you sign for collection. Otherwise, the package is considered delivered correctly.

5) DISCLAIMER
Giaquinto Katiuscia strives to operate as accurately as possible. However, technical or factual inaccuracies and/or typographical errors may occur.
Giaquinto Katiuscia reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the site whenever necessary without prior notice.

6) RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have 15 days to file a complaint.
Complaints regarding defective products or shipping issues can be sent via email to info@tessituragiaquinto.com.
Any returns are the customer's responsibility.
Any refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the package being delivered to our office.
Washed products are not returnable.

7) PRIVACY

Giaquinto Katiuscia processes its customers' personal data in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003. The interested party may also request the deletion, modification, anonymization, or blocking of processed data .
